DTG is a technology that allows direct printing on textiles (cotton). Designed for printing small quantities in an unlimited number of colours. Ideal for printing multicoloured graphics, photos, etc. The quality of printers is also important, there are at least a dozen types on the market and not every each of them prints well. We use Brother GTX printers, which are the best on the market. Inks for these printers meet the highest OEKO-TEX standards and are safe for children and infants.
Flex/PS Film
Special films are cut out by a cutting plotter along the contour and then heat pressed onto clothing. The method is intended for transferring one-colour graphics and all kinds of inscriptions onto fabrics. The method ensures perfect coverage and intensity of colour. It is most often used with dark T-shirts and white lettering (simple one-colour graphics).
DTF
DTF – indirect printing technology. Indirect because the printing uses a special film and loose glue, while the print itself is transferred using a heat press. This type of printing is ideal when the print is small, or when the surface to be printed is difficult (such as fleece fabric). When we use DTF: small prints in large quantities, printing on fleeces, printing on sweatshirts.
